On 10 August 2025, we visited Spain for the first time and viewed several properties together with team member Raphaël Fierens. On day two, we found our dream home in Ciudad Quesada. On 1 September, we signed the papers at the solicitor's office, where Gert was given power of attorney to arrange everything on our behalf. By 25 September, he had the key, and we have been staying in our villa since 29 September. It couldn't have been faster or more efficient. Everything was arranged perfectly.
