Getting to know you and checking off your personal wishes and needs. Through personal contact, we discover step by step your tastes and preferences in terms of type of home, location and desired facilities. We then present you with a first selection of properties that meet your wishes. Thanks to your feedback, together we will find your dream home.

We will make an appointment with you to visit resale or new-build properties. We personally accompany you on site and thoroughly inform you about all details, specifications and purchase costs.
We also offer the possibility of organising a viewing trip so that you travel from home to Spain to visit our range of properties. Moreover, it is also possible to schedule an online viewing so you can discover the properties and surroundings via video call.

03 Reservation

Found your dream home? Congratulations! A reservation contract is drawn up to take your property off the market. We accompany you to with the law firm and make an appointment for a power of attorney, so they can look after your interests and, for example, apply for a NIE number.

The lawyer will analyse the purchase contract for you, check the registration of the purchased property, apply for NIE numbers and open a bank account for you if required. At Gert Reypens Team, we ensure that this guidance can be done in your own language.

Singing the <br> compromise

compromise

As the buyer, you will receive the actual compromise, contrato de compraventa. This is followed up by your lawyer. He or she is in contact with the contractor or seller. Bank guarantees are requested for each instalment to be paid.

Handover of <br> the property

After payment and signing of the deed at the notary by you or by proxy by your lawyer,you will receive the keys.

Gert Reypens Team follows up with you every step of the way. After handing over the property, we will continue to assist you with advice and tips where required. We will be happy to help you with the layout, transfer of utilities, internet connection, key management or any rental of your property.
