Job requirements:

• A proven track record in real estate, or a sales background.
• You are self-employed (autonomo) in Spain
• English speaking (knowledge of Spanish, French, Polish, German, or Swedish/Norwegian is a plus)
• You are driven, result-oriented and have the right focus.
• You have a highly developed emotional intelligence and empathy.
• You are customer-oriented and you pay attention to the specific needs and wishes of our clients and you respond to this in a targeted manner.
• You manage your own agenda and are also available on evenings and Saturdays if necessary, so that our customers can count on your dedication and flexibility. You take care of the permanence at the office in mutual consultation
• You actively participate to list homes for resale. Contacting potential buyers and sellers does not deter you.
• You have your own car to move smoothly in the region.
• You are administratively strong and you know how to quickly familiarize yourself with our ICT applications.
• Social media channels hold few secrets for you and you are driven to actively put our offer in the spotlight.
• You use open and honest communication and are a team player.
• You act loyally, discreetly and with integrity.
