How it all began....
In 2020, I emigrated to La Mata, a borough of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca.
After extensive experience in the field of Human Resources in Belgium, we decided to take a new step in our careers. From a strong interest and passion for real estate, it was a logical step for us to start working in Spain as real estate agents. After all, there are many similarities with the field of Human Resources: as a real estate agent, we want to build a close and sincere contact with our customers, as well as take the time to listen to their wishes and needs. Then our challenge is to be able to offer the right property to our client, so that we can help realise the Spanish dream. This gives us immense satisfaction and energy.

Since August 2019, I have been part of the Keller Williams group in Spain.

After having worked as a real estate agent for several years, I was itching to build my own team, to be able to pass on knowledge and experience and to train and coach new colleagues.
On 6 April 2022, we opened our office in the centre of La Mata, a borough of Torrevieja. This way, we can help our clients from the office on the beach of La Mata.
Meanwhile, 4 new colleagues have started at Gert Reypens Team. We are all there for you and provide personal contact and expert advice when buying or selling on the Costa Blanca.
